The Problem

Five people, a dozen IOUs, and somebody has to be the one who brings it up. Rent, dinners, a weekend away - the money is never the hard part, the bookkeeping is. Half the group uses one app, the other half won’t install anything, and the balance lives in a group chat nobody wants to scroll back through.

The Solution

evvnly keeps the maths out of your friendships. Start a group, log each expense and split it any way - evenly, by shares, percentage, exact amounts or only selected payers. Everyone sees the same balance, and when it’s time to square up evvnly boils the whole tangle down to the two or three payments that clear everyone. It shows who owes whom; you settle however you already do, by Revolut, Wise, PayPal or cash. Your money never passes through it.
